Rocketboat - Pilot is an action/adventure platformer that showcases a distinctive graphic style blending classic minimalist pixel art with contemporary 3D rendering techniques. The game weaves a witty narrative with memorable characters, paying homage to retro gaming and sci-fi tropes, conspiracy theories, the Illuminati, and the hacktivist group Anonymous. Connecting all aspects is an 8-bit retro soundtrack inspired by the band's music.

STORY:

Far beyond the borders of the Milky Way, a profound darkness looms. A covert entity employing potent social manipulation techniques dominates the resources of star systems across the universe. Their sole existential challenge seems to emerge from a rock band hailing from planet Earth.

Meanwhile, on Earth, as the band Rocketboat seeks innovative ways to promote their music, they are on the brink of an extraordinary adventure that will alter their lives forever.
